PacWeigh Office Module

The Pacweigh Office Module is used in conjunction with PacWeigh Waste Management or PacWeigh Sand and Gravel to produce Invoices, payment vouchers, reports and export data to accounting systems.

• Produces invoices and vouchers
• Produces an invoice/voucher posting journal
• Prints a summary of invoice batches
• Allows reprint of scale tickets
• Fixed and user defined statistical reports
• Allows charges for materials, cartage and up to 4 types of tax
• Permits payment to trucking contractors
• Excellent security and audit trail
• Interfaces to a variety of accounting packages
• Able to import data from an unlimited number of sites
• Works with PacWeigh Recycling and Waste Management and with PacWeigh Sand and Gravel 

Hardware Requirement

• Microsoft Window XP Professional or Vista Business
• One RS-232 serial port for each scale
• Ticket printer
• Report printer
