Pacific Built-In Truck Scales
Pacific Heavy Duty Truck Scales are a fully electronic design using load cells for low maintenance and reliability. Weighbridge, load cells instrumentation are Measurement Canada and U.S.A. N.T.E.P. certified. Load cells withstand overloading and side loading of 150% of rated capacity. Load cell mounting assemblies are designed to check lateral movement of the scale platform, while controlling longitudinal movement from temperature expansion and contraction, and vehicle starting and stopping while on the scale
- Low maintenance
- Full load cell electronic weighbridge design
- Concrete, checkerplate steel or wood deck surfaces
- Pitless low profile, shallow pattern or pit designs
- Lengths from 20 feet to 150 feet
- Widths from 8 feet to 25 feet
- Capacities from 20 tonne to 500 tonne
- Custom sizes and capacities available
Shallow Pattern Truck Scales
Are designed so that the main "I" beam of the weighbridge serves as the bull rail to keep trucks on the platform. The load cells are accessed from the sides of the weighbridge.
Pit Truck Scales
Are manufactured for area where space is at a premium or if there is not enough room for straight approaches. They are available in deep or shallow pit designs. Access to the deep pit design is through manhole covers located on the top of the deck. The shallow pit scale has cover plates on the platform to access the load cells from the top of the weighbridge.
RoadHugger Truck Scales
Are built with no side rails and have a low profile keeping them low to the ground. The load cells and mounts are accessed through manhole covers on top of the platform. This design can be installed in a shallow pit or pitless.
